As a premium Real Estate Agency on the Gold Coast, Status Realty were looking for a 'Schmick' Brand Identity – one that creates intrigue, and stands out in the marketplace, while still maintaining it's core values of Trust, Approachability and Seamlessness.

The Problem
Status Realty hit me with a challenge: redefine Gold Coast luxury real estate. They had a name and a basic logo—but nothing bold, no clear identity or guidelines of use, to grab high-end buyers or flex for future sub-brands.
The Solution
We dug into Status’s core—luxury, innovation, trust—and forged a “Ruler” archetype to dominate the market. Our Brandsthetic Blueprint™ shaped a voice that’s sharp, confident, and trailblazing.
The Outcome
We crafted a slick logo — fluid movement meets rock-solid stability. The Brand Ecosystem can scale fast, spitting out sub-brands without breaking a sweat. Status now owns a cohesive, timeless identity that fuels big growth.
