Ästhetik Studio crafted a distinctive Brand Identity for Status Realty, a burgeoning luxury real estate agency on Australia’s Gold Coast. The design reflects the brand’s commitment to genuine service and transparency through a polished visual language, emphasising seamlessness and trust. We wanted to evoke this idea of seamless movement with the stability of their bold new logo.

 

A deep navy blue anchors the primary colour palette, providing a professional foundation, while warm blush accents headings or logos. Their Brand System included multiple user cases for each brand colour – including metallic finishes for custom developments or investor communication.

Having a complete Brand System meant future-proofing their Brand Identity. We developed branding and colours for their future sub-brands (e.g. Residential Sales, Commercial Sales, Leasing, etc) – allowing the client to visualise the flexibility of their new logo from day one. We also designed a comprehensive signage and template system, playfully using the double-SS from their logo, creating a recognisable brand asset that can be used in solidarity (or with subtlety) on corporate gifts and merchandise.
